The measurement is carried out possibly with a caliper and taking into account only the round part and not the grooved one (otherwise you are wrong to measure).
It is recommended to check the screw scrolling very well in order to avoid breakage on the new gearmotor. The new gearmotor has a 12 month warranty as a spare. The manufacturer is liable for any production defects on the gearmotor until a tooth breaks on a gear wheel; in the case of breakage of several teeth it can no longer be considered a production defect, but becomes a breakdown caused by external factors.
