*) Order processing times for "ready to ship" category and spare parts in general:
Generally, orders paid by credit card or paypal in the morning are prepared in the afternoon and delivered to the courier in the evening. In high season it may take longer if a lot of orders arrive. In other words, in one or two working days the package is delivered to the courier for shipping. The courier usually takes a couple of days for delivery, it is advisable to check the traking sent during the night.
For stoves and cluttered items with tail lift, it may take one week of transit via Italmondo/Brt/pdp courier.
2022: International delivery with Gls Europe there is only one delivery attempt, after you must call for redelivery or pick up the package at a collection point.
