Since the various producers update the price lists quite often, and sometimes there are also offers, the final price of the shop for stoves and fireplaces will be confirmed before payment: a price confirmation will be sent with relative possible transport with the data to make the payment (bank transfer or other), without commitment from the customer.
Prices are to be considered confidential and confidential.
The price of transport is valid for Italy with the exclusion of locations such as Livigno and Campione d'Italia, for smaller islands it is better to ask for a transport price.
In the case of free transport with destination Sardinia or Sicily or disadvantaged locations, a small contribution of about 15 Euros per quintal is required.
Payments:
Payment with Paypal requires that the email, names and address are those registered on paypal. Any shipments to different addresses must be specified in the notes or via email; also a possible header for billing must be sent separately otherwise paypal will refuse the payment.
The payment of the purchased products can be made by advance bank transfer which represents the most economical solution.
Payment by bank transfer is welcome in case of billing request.
Shipping and returns
The shipment of the stoves is entrusted to a national courier who delivers with the tail lift. If the destination is difficult to reach from a medium-sized truck, it is better to report it when ordering to ask for alternatives to the courier. The variation of the destination with the goods in travel has a separate cost to quantify.
Prontostufe sends products to Europe with a dedicated courier, not all products can be sold outside Italy by decision of the manufacturer. Limited delivery to France, Belgium, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria and Germany, other countries on request.
Usually the courier is asked to arrange an appointment before delivering in order to deliver on the first attempt. On the stoves the second delivery is paid separately directly to the courier. On stoves the forward shift of delivery over 48 hours triggers the cost of storage (the cost of storage costs 50% of the costs of transportation).
In parcel shipments by express courier (type SDA or BRT) the second delivery is included in the price.
The possible stock is to be paid to Prontostufe who unlocks the shipment following the payment.
Remember that it is essential to write any anomalies found in the package in the presence of the courier, indicating precisely the damage or alteration of the package. You must write for example: acceptance with reserve for denting the right side of the package. We need the signature of the transporter and also yours.
The glasses must always be checked in the presence of the courier, if the goods travel in a wooden cage you can see everything immediately, if instead the product is inside a cardboard box you have to open the box and check it briefly.
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Prontostufe.it a reference to a Match VAT), has the right to terminate the purchase contract, if this has been stipulated and concluded at a distance, for any reason, without need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the "Terms of Sale".
From September 2013, small parcels are also sent to Europe by special courier. The prices of small packages, up to 7kg, are automatically calculated. The countries served with the price of transport calculated automatically are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, France, Spain.
For other countries a count will be made based on the weight of the product.
