A single large door contains two independent ovens: manage the heat as you want, the upper oven is able to take advantage of higher temperatures thanks to a dedicated smoke ride. Both ovens have a soapstone base and a dedicated thermometer. Water, baking powder and flour and a little magic is done at home.
