OPERATING PRINCIPLE AND INDICATIVE CHARACTERISTICS
These are devices designed for the production of hot air through the combustion of wood.
In the interspace between the hearth and the cladding, air is circulated from the outside which, entering from the base, heats up in contact with the walls and is introduced into the environment.
Distribution in the domestic environment takes place via special grids to be located on the front of the counterpan and, when provided, via ducting to neighboring rooms, thus heating the whole house uniformly.
The hot air can be distributed by natural convection or forced by fans; in the case of forced distribution, the use of a regulator is foreseen which modulates the speed of the air according to its temperature.
The quantity of combustion air which can be primary, secondary (for cleaning the glass) and tertiary (for post-combustion) can be adjusted using special shutters.
INDICATIVE OPERATING SCHEME
For the specific diagrams of the individual models, consult the technical data sheet attached to the product
1 = primary combustion air inlet (grazing the fire bed)
2 = secondary combustion air inlet (enters directly from the top of the tailgate keeping the glass clean)
3 = pre-set post-combustion tertiary air inlet (enters from a series of holes located in the upper part of the firebox)
4 = heating air circulation cavity
5 = exchanger for heating air production
6 = fan for heating air distribution, complete with electronic regulator
7 = hot air outlet unions for distribution duct connection; the distribution can take place in the installation room and/or in neighboring rooms
8 = flue outlet union for connection to the flue
9 = door with ceramic glass resistant to thermal shock 800°
